Do I have to subscribe?
No. You can order à la carte any week, or subscribe to save up to 12% and skip, pause or cancel anytime.
When is the order deadline?
Orders close Saturday at midnight. Local orders are delivered the following Thursday or Friday, depending on your ZIP code.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Local delivery is built into our pricing. A $4.99 Meal Guard Freeze Pack is added to delivered orders to keep your meals cold; pickup orders don't include it.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and grab your order at 1127 Gator Way, Sparks, NV 89431.
How do I heat the meals?
Most meals heat in the microwave in about 4 minutes. See our heating instructions.
Are your meals gluten-free?
Many are, but not all. Every meal lists its ingredients and allergens, and you can filter the menu for gluten-free and dairy-free options.
Is this the same as Mother of Macros Cafe?
