Can I order online?
All of our orders are done online! Please enter your zip code on the home page and click "submit and shop now". This will redirect you to the menu serving your area. Once you've "built your bundle", scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "add bundle to cart" and proceed to checkout.
When are orders due?
All orders are due on Saturday by 11:59 PM PST each week. This ensures that we have enough time to get the orders lined up, get the supplies needed, and make the right amount each time!
When will my order be delivered?
As long as your order is in before 11:59PM PST on Saturday, your meals will be delivered the FOLLOWING Thursday or Friday if you're a local customer, or will be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday for a
national customers via FedEx. Still not sure when your meals are coming? Send us a message and we'd be more than happy to give you the current delivery date!

What does "Local" & "National" Mean?
Local means Reno / Sparks
National means all the other states in the USA.
We offer free local delivery to our local clients.
National customers enjoy free shipping to all 50 states via FedEx
How long does Shipping or Delivery take?
Once your order has been prepared to be delivered, Local delivery hours are between 10 am-6pm every Thursday and Friday. You will receive an email with a link to track your delivery.
Our Designated Shipping carrier is FedEx.
All Shipping customers will receive a FedEx tracking number so you will know the exact date of the package arrival, as long as you have provided an email address with your order.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use FedEx for all shipping orders.

For Reno/Sparks, we deliver our meals on Thursday or Friday, based on your zip code.
Carson City orders are shipped on Mondays.
National Meals ship out on Monday or Tuesday, via Fedex Overnight. approximately 10-6 days after you have placed your order as all meals are prepared fresh after the menu has closed for the week.
Can You Refund Me?
Due to the nature of our business, we’re unable to refund orders after the menu closes. Once the menu for the week closes, on Saturday at 11:59PM, we are unable refund orders for any reason, including in-climate weather, shipping delays from our carriers, or any other reason brought to our attention by the consumer. Once the menu closes, our orders go into production phase, which means that they have been shopped for, and are in preparation. This policy is non-negotiable.
Tell Me About My Subscription?
If you've signed up for a subscription pack, your life is going to be so much easier! We have a few different subscription options, all of which ship weekly or biweekly and are billed weekly or biweekly depending on what option you choose.
Your subscription is your responsibility. We are unable to track, or keep track of your subscription, due to the high volume of orders we have each week.
The easiest way to manage your subscription (pause or cancel) is to log into your account, where you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at your leisure.
Please note that if you have any trouble cancelling or pausing, we are happy to help, however, no refunds will be given for orders placed before the cancellation request is received by our team, even if the request is sent the same day as the charge.
Do you offer discounts? Coupons? Codes?
Currently, the only discounts we offer are when we post them, or do a giveaway! We highly suggest signing up for our VIP email and text club as we do frequently send out coupon codes to our subscribers.
How do I get my food?
GOOD QUESTION! We offer delivery straight to our customer’s house or workplace every week! We deliver all of our meals on Thursdays and Fridays, via our delivery team. Likewise, if you are a national customer, we ship all meals via FedEx on Monday or Tuesday!
Do you ship your meals?
We ship nationally, FOR FREE, to all 50 states in the USA including Alaska & Hawaii!
To keep our meals fresh, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
My Shipping Was Delayed?
We understand shipping delays can be frustrating. We work daily with our shipping partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your meals, after all it’s what you (and we) pay for! That being said, once the meals leave our facility, they are out of our control. We entrust our shipping partners to deliver the meals on time and in the condition they were in when they left our facility. Because things are outside of our control once they leave the facility, while we will work with you to track down any missing packages, or communicate with FedEx we aren’t able to issue refunds for these packages and disputes need to go through FedEx.com for reimbursement.
Can you add extra/omit some ingredients?
Due to the volume of our orders each week, we cannot accept customizations on our meals!
My Order Didn’t Arrive?
We do everything in our power to prevent this from happening! Because of the nature of our product, we need to know if you don’t receive your order, for ANY reason, within ONE WEEK of its expected delivery date. After one week, we are NOT able to issue refunds or credits.
You can easily tell when your meals are expected to be delivered in your confirmation email (scroll to the portion of the email pertaining to your order type- MOM Cafe, Meal Prep, etc.). The expected delivery/shipment date is in bold within the confirmation email. The menu is open from Sunday through Saturday, Once the menu closes, we prepare your food fresh. Local orders will be delivered the following Thursday and Friday (based on your zip code). West Coast customers will ship on Monday apx 10-16 day after an order has been placed. East Coast customers will ship on Tuesday (11-17 days after the order has been placed)
I loved _______ three weeks ago, when is it coming back to the menu?
First, we’re so glad you loved it! Second, the real answer here is, we’re not sure! We have a creative menu, full of delicious recipes and new ones are always in the works. Unlike other meal prep companies, we pride ourselves on keeping our menu FRESH, NEW and EXCITING! So, while some of our recipes have been HUGE hits (hello MAC DADDY), when the meal will be back on the menu is as much of a mystery to us as it is to you! Keep your eyes peeled!
Can you facilitate large or bulk orders?
WE CAN! Please email us and let us know exactly what you’re looking for and we will work with you to handle your bulk or large orders!
So, about this snow/inclement weather...
Yeah, weather happens. As best as we can, we try to show Mother Nature who is boss. However, the best laid plans.... We do reserve the right to alter or change ANY and all delivery schedules in the case of inclement weather, or any other emergency. The safety of our team and customers is ALWAYS at the top of our list, and therefore, we can't risk deliveries if it's not safe. We will always alert our customers of any delayed/altered deliveries, if they occur, via our social media pages. We appreciate your understanding in these instances!
How do I pay for my meals?
All payments are due at the time of your order, via our website. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. You can complete your checkout once you have added the minimum order amount to your cart. Please note that the website will not allow you to complete an order if the minimum is not met.
How much do your meals cost?
Each meal is different, based on ingredients and prep time, prices may vary. Our weekly menu always includes the exact price of each meal!
Can I microwave your meals?
YOU SURE CAN! Before starting M.O.M., Alyssa was a working mom and she knows the need for a quick, convenient lunch or dinner that you can pop in the microwave and enjoy on break! All of our meals are microwaveable, and our containers are compostable!
What is the macro ratio of your meals?
Each meal is different, however as a rule, we like to stay within the 40% carb, 30% protein and 30% fat macro ratio. Again, each of our meals comes with an individual label that will show you exactly what is making up each meal!
Do you have Gluten Free meal options?
YES! Most of Mother of Macros’ food is gluten free! As a Celiac herself, Alyssa, co owner of M.O.M. knows the struggle of finding healthy, gluten free meals! If for any reason the meals, or some ingredients in the meals on the menu are NOT gluten free, we always label them as such!
Do you offer KETO meals?
The short answer is no. We currently don’t have the ability or resources to offer meals specific to any particular meal plan or diet. However, each of our meals do come with a label on them that show the breakdown of the specific macros within that meal, making additions on your own easier to hit your own goals, whatever they may be!
Where do your recipes come from?
Alyssa, our head chef and owner, has been in the restaurant and food industry for years! She is a classically trained chef with real experience in every position in a kitchen! She has dedicated her life to feeding people and making their stomachs happy and full! Alyssa creates every recipe on her own, drawing inspiration from recipes she’s tried over the years, food that she loves, and her knack for pairing things together that she knows will WOW our customers!
Do you have a storefront? Can I pick up extras that you may have at the end of the week?
You mean you haven't tried MOM Cafe yet? We offer delicious, freshly made MACROTASTIC Burritos at our Cafe storefront, located at 1127 Gator Way in Sparks. You can order your own Burrito, and Clean Cheatz (when available) online by clicking the link on our homepage! We also have meal prep meals on hand most days, if you forgot to order, please call or stop by to get some.
We also offer our Clean Cheatz donuts at a variety of different locations locally, so look for the Clean Cheatz Sold Here signs at your favorite local shops!

Can I try your food first? Do you have samples?
We do not offer samples, or a try before you buy program of any sort. However, if you’re wondering if the food is worth it, we encourage you to give it a try, and take our customer’s word for it.. The food is delicious!
