Orders
Can I order online?
Yes! Enter your zip code on our homepage and click “Submit & Shop Now.” You’ll be directed to the correct menu. Build your bundle, scroll down, and click “Add Bundle to Cart” to check out.
When are orders due?
All orders are due by Saturday at 11:59 PM PST each week.
How much do meals cost?
Prices vary by meal based on ingredients and prep time. Exact pricing is listed on the weekly menu.
Can I customize meals?
No. Due to high volume, we cannot accommodate ingredient changes. Each meal is chef-crafted, portioned, and labeled with macros.
What happens if I forget to place an order for the week?We offer Quick Ship Boxes:
•  Call our cafĂ© at 775-409-4596 to arrange a box with our cafĂ© manager.Â
•  Nationwide customers: Boxes ship via FedEx. If it is Thursday or Friday, shipping will be delayed until the following Monday.
•  Local customers: Boxes can be delivered directly.
What happens if I miss the weekly order deadline?
If you miss the Saturday cutoff, your order rolls into the following week’smenu.
Delivery & Shipping
When will my order be delivered?
•  Local (Reno/Sparks): Delivered Thursday or Friday between 10 AM – 6 PM (based on zip code).Â
•  Nationwide (includes Carson City): Shipped via FedEx Overnight on Monday or Tuesday after the menu closes. Most orders arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. Tracking is emailed when shipped.
What does “Local” vs. “National” mean?
•  Local = Reno/Sparks.Â
•  National = All 50 U.S. states outside Reno/Sparks (including Carson City).
Do you ship everywhere?
Yes. All 50 states, including Alaska & Hawaii. (No PO Boxes.)
Which carrier do you use?
FedEx for all nationwide shipments.
How do I track my order?
FedEx tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
What if shipping is delayed?
We monitor shipments, but once orders leave our facility delays are outside our control. Refunds must be requested through FedEx.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order has not arrived within 1 week of the expected date, contact us. After one week, we cannot issue refunds or credits.
What is the Dry Ice service charge?
$2 fee helps keep meals safe and temperature-controlled during transit.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Flexible weekly or bi-weekly plans. Billing occurs automatically.
How do I cancel, pause, or skip?
Manage subscriptions anytime in your account. Changes must be made before Saturday 11:59 PM PST.
Do you track subscriptions for me?
No. Customers are responsible for managing subscriptions.
Refunds & Policies
Can I get a refund?
No refunds once the weekly menu closes (Saturday 11:59 PM PST) as meals immediately enter production.
What about weather delays?
We’ll notify you if weather impacts delivery. Safety comes first.
Food & Nutrition
Are your products nut-free?
No. Our kitchen handles peanuts, tree nuts and other common allergens. While we list ingredients carefully for every item, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of trace amounts of nuts or nut-based ingredients.
What steps do you take to reduce cross-contact?
We follow strict cleaning and food-safety practices and clearly label ingredients on our website and packaging. However, because all products are prepared in the same facility, there is always a risk of cross-contact.
I have a severe nut allergy. Is it safe to order?
If you have a severe allergy we recommend you use caution and consult your healthcare professional before consuming our products. Mother of Macros is not a nut-free facility and we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens.
What is the macro ratio of your meals?
Most meals are 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. Labels show exact macros.
Do you offer Gluten-Free meals?
Yes. Most meals are gluten-free. Non-GF meals are clearly labeled.
Do you offer Keto meals?
Not a dedicated keto plan, but all meals include macro labels to help with tracking.
What oils do you use?
We use olive oil only.
Are meals microwaveable?
Yes. All meals are microwave-safe. Containers are compostable.
How should I store meals?
Refrigerate immediately upon arrival. Shelf life: 5–7 days refrigerated, longer if frozen.
Do you provide allergen information?
Yes. Every label lists ingredients and allergens.
Pickup & Storefront
Do you have a storefront?

Can I pick up my weekly order at your facility instead of delivery/shipping?
No. Due to limited space and our fast production schedule, we cannot hold or store orders for pickup. All orders must be delivered locally or shipped.
Can I pick up extras if I forgot to order?
Yes. We often have meals at the storefront. Call ahead or stop by.
Do you offer samples?
No samples are available.

Can I add snacks, proteins, or treats?
Yes. Add-ons like snacks, proteins, or Clean Cheatz desserts are available during weekly menu updates.
Do you handle bulk or corporate orders?
