1. Program. Mother of Macros Meal Prep LLC sends recurring automated marketing text messages (such as menu drops, cart reminders and offers) and order and delivery updates to people who opt in.

2. Consent. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opting out. Reply STOP, or any reasonable opt-out such as "unsubscribe", "cancel" or "stop texting me", to stop marketing texts. You'll get one text confirming you've opted out, and no more marketing texts after that. You can also opt out by emailing info@motherofmacros.com or calling 775-409-4596.

5. Help. Reply HELP, email info@motherofmacros.com, or call 775-409-4596.

6. Timing. We aim to send marketing texts only between 8 AM and 8 PM in your local time.

7. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number. Please tell us if you change or give up your number.

8. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy. We never sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
