Cookies, pixels and session recording. We use cookies, pixels and similar tools from Google (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager), Meta, Microsoft (Advertising and Clarity), Klaviyo and Stape (server-side tagging) to run our site, measure advertising and understand how visitors use our pages. Microsoft Clarity records how you scroll, click and move on our site (session replay) so we can find and fix problems; it masks what you type in forms and does not capture payment details. You can opt out of targeted advertising on our Your Privacy Choices page, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Chat. Our website chat is provided by Tidio and may be answered by an AI assistant. Chat transcripts are stored by Tidio and used to answer your questions and improve our support. Please don't share payment or medical details in chat; you can ask for a person at any time.

Text messages. If you sign up for texts, we collect your phone number, consent record and messaging activity through Klaviyo. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our SMS Terms.

Subscriptions and payments. Subscriptions are managed through our subscription app provider. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and our payment partners; we don't store full card numbers.

Diet and allergy information. Diet preferences, allergies and goals you share are covered by our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which explains your rights in Nevada and Washington.

Nevada residents. You may ask us not to sell covered information you've given us by emailing info@motherofmacros.com with "Nevada opt-out" in the subject line.
