  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble and set aside.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Fold in bacon.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Grill peppers, filled side up, for 8–10 minutes until tender and lightly charred.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
