Why is our immune system important?

Think of your immune system as a network of security guards working around the clock to ensure there’s no invaders in YOUR club. Our immune system is the main mechanism in our body that fights bacteria, infections, diseases and more. This is triggered when we are exposed to anything above or even things like a vaccine.
