What you will need:
1 M.O.M bulk shredded chicken or chicken breast
1 M.O.M bulk broccoli/cauliflower
1 M.O.M bulk jasmine rice
Simple Creamy Spinach Sauce:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 bone broth
1 cup spinach
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup diced onions/cilantro mix (optional)
How to cook:
Add spinach and mushrooms to the pan with a splash of cooking oil. Cook until spinach is welted.
Add onions, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of truffle oil or avocado oil. Stir.
Add in heavy cream and 3 tablespoons of the bone broth, turn heat to low-med let simmer for 7 minutes. *Add cornstarch until desired thickness achieved
While sauce simmers, begin to heat bulk items (broccoli, chicken, rice) add remainder bone broth to bulk chicken for extra flavor and moisture if desired.
May heat up bulk items by microwave or stovetop.
Plate all ingredients and top with creamy spinach sauce.
